With a proven track record in lending to UK businesses with turnovers ranging from £25m to £500m, Jarrod brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the mortgage industry from some of the UK’s largest corporate banks, including HSBC, Lloyds, and Santander, where he excelled as a Relationship Director and Business Development Professional.
Originally from New Zealand, Jarrod now calls the UK home. When he’s not crunching numbers or sourcing competitive rates for his clients, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family, exploring new travel destinations, savoring good food, maintaining his fitness at the gym, or cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Jemma obtained her CeMAP qualification in 2020 and has over 5 years experience working in the mortgage industry. She has been part of our team for nearly three years as a paraplanner.
She understands first hand the importance of communication, attention to detail and truly supporting clients from start to finish.
Jemma is delighted to now be advising clients directly again, helping people realise their dream of owning their own home and guiding them through the process with care and clarity.
Jemma enjoys family life living in Chelmsford, Essex, sharing her home with her partner and two young daughters, enjoying walks complete with a hot drink and cake at the end.

Joanne has spent most of her career in Financial Services, supporting clients with mortgages from start to finish. With many years of experience in the industry, she has built up a wealth of knowledge and strong relationships across the sector.
She previously managed a successful team of administrators and more recently supported Zita with admin work while paraplanning. When the opportunity came to join the team permanently, Joanne jumped at the chance, knowing it was the right fit.
Based in Essex, Joanne is a proud mum to two grown-up sons and grandmother to four grandchildren, who she absolutely adores. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her Rottweiler, sometimes with a stop at a pub for refreshments, rain or shine.

Camilla has over 20 years of marketing experience, with marketing roles at HELLO! magazine, News UK and Hearst UK under her belt. For the last 7.5 years she has been freelancing, supporting lots of people and small businesses with their marketing needs. From strategy, content creation, social media management, email marketing, video/podcast editing, and more!
Camilla supports us remotely from her home in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, bringing lots of content and useful information to our audiences across all of our channels – including our social media platforms, YouTube, and website blog.
We love working with Camilla for her calm and mindful approach, her strategic and creative thinking, and her capability of joining up all the marketing dots, beyond social media.
