With a proven track record in lending to UK businesses with turnovers ranging from £25m to £500m, Jarrod brings a wealth of financial knowledge to the mortgage industry from some of the UK’s largest corporate banks, including HSBC, Lloyds, and Santander, where he excelled as a Relationship Director and Business Development Professional.
Originally from New Zealand, Jarrod now calls the UK home. Originally from Chelmsford, Essex, Jemma balances her professional excellence with a rich family life, sharing a home with her partner and two young daughters aged 3 and 6. When she’s not managing mortgage applications, Jemma enjoys long walks – with the enticing promise of a hot drink and cake awaiting her at the end.

Joanne has spent most of her career in Financial Services, supporting clients with mortgages from start to finish. With many years of experience in the industry, she has built up a wealth of knowledge and strong relationships across the sector.
She previously managed a successful team of administrators and more recently supported Zita with admin work while paraplanning. When the opportunity came to join the team permanently, Joanne jumped at the chance, knowing it was the right fit.
Based in Essex, Joanne is a proud mum to two grown-up sons and grandmother to four grandchildren, who she absolutely adores. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks with her Rottweiler, sometimes with a stop at a pub for refreshments, rain or shine.
